Manual & Firmware Updates
Please note: In 2020 ddrum updated the DDTi to be compatible with all new Apple M series chips and Windows applications. This required the internal software to be completely updated.
In order to use this firmware update you must have a current ddrum DDTi. If you have a current model that has a serial number that starts with 2021 or higher, then the firmware update will upload successfully.
If have a new model and it’s still not updating, that means your model has the latest firmware update for your model number. With that said, any DDTi that has a serial number that starts with the following digits listed below is NOT compatible and cannot be updated:
